The Fitness App

Track your training and food — and actually learn from it.

About the project

The idea is simple: one place to track workouts and meals, and a layer on top that actually does something with the data. Most tracking apps stop at the logging — you enter everything, and then it just sits there. This one is meant to close the loop: look at what you've been doing, and point at small, concrete things worth improving.

It started the way Fraud Watch did — with something I wanted for myself. I train, I care about what I eat, and I kept feeling the gap between collecting numbers and getting anything useful out of them. So instead of waiting for the right app, I'm building it.

It's in early development, which means honestly: no release date, no screenshots yet, and a feature list that's still being shaped. The name is a working title too. This page will grow as the app does — that's how this site works. Nothing goes up here until it's real.

Key highlights

One log for everything

Workouts and meals in one place, designed for quick daily logging instead of endless forms.

Practical suggestions

Designed to read your own history and point at specific, small improvements — not generic fitness advice.

Early and honest

No release date yet. This card and page will fill in as the app becomes real.

Questions & answers

Track workouts and nutrition in one place, and turn that history into practical suggestions for what to improve. The exact feature set is still being shaped.

There's no date yet — it's in early development. When there's something real to show, it will appear here, the same way Fraud Watch did.

Like Fraud Watch: starting from a need I actually have, with Claude as an AI pair programmer along the way.
